Form letters allow you to upload
frequently used email templates (HTML and plain-text) that can later be used to
pre-populate email and follow up communication. To get you started we automatically
pre-load your account with commonly used form letters

Blacklist properties or entire management companies that
you do not wish to work with. Blacklisted properties will be removed from
your personal database and will not be shows to you or your clients.
